Hot Stone Massage
This deeply transformative treatment
incorporates heated volcanic stones
which are worked into the body,
persuading the muscles to relax with
warm body oil to soothe a tired mind and
relieve aching muscles.

Frangipani Body Wrap
A deeply grounding experience for skin that’s never felt softer. Velvety monoi oil is swept over the body for super hydration, quenching thirsty skin and parched areas. The body is softly cocooned and warmed while the mood-balancing aromatics and skin conditioning oils soak in. Neck, shoulder and scalp massages ease you further into relaxation.

Hydropool
After rehydrating head upstairs to enjoy our two expansive hydrotherapy pools. Immerse yourself in warm, bubbling waters that soothe the body and calm the mind – a perfect end to your thermal journey.
Steam room
Step into our steam room, where soothing heat at over 40°C works to open pores, cleanse the skin, flush out toxins, and promote calm. Just 10-15 minutes can leave you feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply restored.
Sauna
Take a seat in our dry sauna, heated to a comfortable 80°C, designed to ease muscle tension, improve circulation, relieve joint stiffness, and clear respiratory congestion. Let the warmth wrap around you and the stress melt away.
