What are check-in and check-out times?

Check in is from 3pm and check out at 11am – however if you would like either an early check in or late check out, this will be available subject to availability. Please contact us directly on enquiries@exeter.hotelindigo.com.

Does Hotel Indigo Exeter have free Wi-Fi?

Yes we have free high speed Wi-Fi here at Hotel Indigo Exeter.

Is Hotel Indigo Exeter PEt friendly?

We do not allow pets at the hotel, however we can accommodate service dogs.

Is there a car park at Hotel Indigo Exeter?

Hotel Indigo Exeter does not have a car park, but there are various public car parks located near the hotel. The nearest car park is Princesshay 3, EX1 1GN, which is located just off Paris Street (EX1 1GA) . You can find out more on the Princesshay website. 

There is no drop-off point for luggage.

The closest taxis can get is the Exeter Lower Library car park, EX4 3LS

Do you offer cots/extra beds?

We have cots available at the hotel which are complimentary. We can also offer extra beds for children. Additional adults in a room can be accommodated in some of our superior rooms, a £50.00 3rd person charge is applicable. Please contact us directly to arrange.

Do I need to book a table at the Restaurant?

Colson’s is a very popular restaurant in Exeter and can often be fully booked, so we strongly advise pre-booking if you’d like to dine at Colson’s. Visit Colson’s website to book a table.

The Dugout is also open should you wish to watch live sport on your stay in Exeter. Becketts Rooftop will be opening soon. 

What time is breakfast and how much does it cost?

Breakfast is served between 6.30am and 10.30am.

If not already included in your rate, will be £15 if booked in advance or £20 if booked on the day and served in Colson’s.

Can I use The Retreat Spa during my stay at Hotel Indigo Exeter?

Guests staying at Hotel Indigo Exeter can use The Retreat. Day use for the spa is £25. We strongly advise pre-booking your visit to avoid disappointment.
