What are check-in and check-out times?
Check in is from 3pm and check out at 11am – however if you would like either an early check in or late check out, this will be available subject to availability. Additional charges may apply. Please contact us directly on enquiries@exeter.hotelindigo.com.

Yes we have free high speed Wi-Fi here at Hotel Indigo Exeter.
Is Hotel Indigo Exeter pet friendly?
Yes, We are dog friendly and welcome pups up to 20 lbs. Dogs must stay with guests at all times and cannot be left alone in bedrooms. Dog matt, bowl and treats included. Service dogs stay free. Limited rooms please book direct for full access.

Do you offer cots/extra beds?
We have cots available at the hotel which are complimentary. We can also offer extra beds for children 16 and under. Please contact us directly to arrange.
Do I need to book a table at the Restaurant?
Colson’s is a very popular restaurant in Exeter and can often be fully booked, so we strongly advise pre-booking if you’d like to dine at Colson’s. Visit Colson’s website to book a table.
What time is breakfast and how much does it cost?
Breakfast is served between 6.30am and 10.00am.
We offer a continental buffet and an a la carte menu.
If not already included in your rate, breakfast will be £15 per person if booked in advance or £20 per person if booked on the day and served in Colson’s.

Can I use The Retreat Spa during my stay at Hotel Indigo Exeter?
Hotel Indigo Exeter guests can enjoy The Retreat Spa facilities for a reduced rate of £25 per peron. We strongly advise pre-booking your visit to avoid disappointment. (This does not apply if you have booked the the overnight spa package).
